As a small business, we are unfortunately not able to offer refunds for change of mind and/or if the item does not fit correctly. We can however offer a store credit instead.

Please contact us at within 4 days of receiving your item so we can begin to initiate the returns process/store Credit. Returned item must be in its original form, unworn and with tags still attached. All return postage costs with be at the buyers expense.

At The Earthy Treehouse, we thoroughly check all your wonderful items before we ship them off. If for any reason, you receive a faulty item, please contact us at within 4 days of receiving your product. Please provide any supporting images and details so we can accelerate the process for you. Faulty Items must be returned in its original form, with tags attached and must be unwashed. Please check all your products thoroughly once you receive them.

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not offer returns on feeding/oral care/undergarments/swimwear/pacifiers/teethers/pre-loved and rugs
