As a small business, we are unfortunately not able to offer refunds for change of mind and/or if the item does not fit correctly. We can however offer a store credit instead.
Please contact us at email@example.com within 4 days of receiving your item so we can begin to initiate the returns process/store Credit. Returned item must be in its original form, unworn and with tags still attached. All return postage costs with be at the buyers expense. Store credits issued will be valid for 4 months, and also not able to be used with any other sale discount, store credit and/or code.
At The Earthy Treehouse, we thoroughly check all your wonderful items before we ship them off. If for any reason, you receive a faulty item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 4 days of receiving your product. Please provide any supporting images and details so we can accelerate the process for you. Faulty Items must be returned in its original form, with tags attached and must be unwashed. Please check all your products thoroughly once you receive them.

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not offer returns on feeding/oral care/undergarments/swimwear/pacifiers/teethers/pre-loved and rugs
We do not offer returns on any pre order items. These orders are considered final.
We do not offer to cancel or alter your order after checkout for any reason, that includes but not limited to - change of mind, fail to apply a code, incorrect details, return/refund a purchase to get it again during our sale, pre order items. Please look over everything carefully prior to confirming and checking out.
